Product Description:

Caple WF121 Wine Cabinet is a freestanding appliance in the dimension of 507mm in height, 435mm in width and 465mm in depth. Both the interior and the exterior are in black colour.

• Shelves – It has 4 slotted beech shelves which are of sliding type. The beech wood shelves prevent scratch and retain the label on the bottle. The slots help to keep the bottles in position.
• Feet – Vibration affects the way wine gets sediment. Hence this process should never be hindered. To prevent the cooler from vibrating it should be in a perfectly levelled position. It has four feet of which the front two are adjustable. This helps in achieving a levelled surface.
• Door – The door is stylishly designed with the glass and steel. The frame and the handle are made of stainless steel and fitted with toughened clear glass plane which is protected from harmful UV rays.
• Controls – The temperature can be manually controlled with the help of an adjustable thermostat which is placed inside the cooler.

Temperature setting:

The Caple WF121 12-bottle wine cooler has to be kept in a place which has ambient temperature between 5 and 35 degree Celsius. The thermostat dial inside the cooler comes with 5 stage setting mode which covers 7 to 18 degree Celsius. In winter where the ambient temperature is between 5 and 10 degree Celsius setting 2 to 4 can be used. In summer when the ambient temperature is between 15 and 30 degree Celsius setting 4 to 5 can be used.

This model comes with a single temperature zone for red or white wine. If both will have to be stored at the same time then red wine can be placed in the top and the white wine can be placed in the bottom, as there is always a 5 to 6 degree C temperature difference between the top and the bottom shelves.

Cooling system:

This Wine cooler has no-frost compressor cooling system. Unlike thermo electric technology this helps in maintaining a consistent temperature for the wines. Wine can be taken care of and the desired taste can be obtained only if the temperature and humidity are consistently maintained. As the cork can swell or shrink, depending on the temperature which directly affects the air tight property of the cork and thereby the oxidation of wine. Caple offers 65% humidity. The compressors are designed in such a way that the vibration is kept to its minimum.

In Caple WF121 Black Colour Wine Cooler,  ventilation is through dissipating heat from the top and side. This WF121 Caple Wine cooler is 100% CFC/HFC free. It has a capacity to store 12 bottles each 750ml. Its total gross capacity is 47 litres. The maximum noise that it can produce is 36 dBa providing a quiet environment. The only feature which this wine cooler lacks is internal light. But it has all other important features to preserve the quality of the wine.
